The public institution Nova Gorica Cultural Centre - Kulturni dom Nova Gorica - has in the twenty-five years of its existance, with its top-level programmes in the field of music, film and visual art, completely cosolidated its distinctiveness not only in the Goriška area, but also in the whole Slovene as well as international one. It can be claimed that the Nova Gorica Cultural Centre, situated on a sensitive cross point of different cultures, has with its varied activity contributed considerably to the cementation of ties between cities and towns, provinces, states and above all between people.
